[James E. Talmage] Attended a specially called meeting of the council of the Twelve, held in the Church office building. Consideration was given tot he functions of the office of the Patriarch to the Church, generally known as the Presiding Patriarch. A detailed report of the proceedings was made to the First Presidency.
