Bro[ther]. [Matthias F.] Cowley reported attendance at Juarez [Mexico] Stake Conference. He set apart Helaman Pratt as first counselor to Pres[iden]t. [Anthony W.] Ivins, and Guy Wilson as his second counselor, and ordained Miles Romney a Patriarch. Bro[ther]. Ammon Tenney was present and represented the work being done among the Indians. They now have a membership of 250, consisting of eight small branches.
