[Apostle Wilford Woodruff Journal] I went to the printing office & stoped untill 10 oclok to get the Telegraphic dispatches. We got President Abraham Lincoln Message delivered on the first day of Jan 1863 Setting free all slaves in all the Cotton States who were in arms against the Northern States.
