President Young ... elders, who realize their calling, would not be guilty of any overt act, etc. He was followed by Bros. Hyde, Snow, and Kimball, who spoke of the necessity of our forming the strong ties of matrimony with the Lamanites. President Young again spoke, confirmed remarks about matrimony, but said we should so live that we could be guided aright and not take to wife any that would be a disgrace to us, etc. ...
