M[arriner] W[ood]. M[errill]. A[nthon] H L[und]. A[braham] H C[annon]. & about 4 p.m. F[rancis] M. L[yman]. arrived. 1st felt deemed advisable that political parties may approach near an equality of numbers. 2d that in Salt Lake district it may be & is deemed politic to get up a fusion Ticket or a Citizen's Ticket in order to defeat the Liberal design to disfranchise all Mormons. 3d That some Committees be appoint[ed] in places precincts or counties where it may be found necessary.
