[Apostle Marriner W. Merrill Diary] Saturday. Sheriff McBride seized Willie's and Danielson's shop and tools yesterday for a debt of $277.00 and added expenses to $300.00. Consolidated Implement Company authorized the seizure without any cause because said Danielson and Merrill were Republicans in politics.
