[Brigham Young Letter] Bishop I.C. Haight -- I this morning received your letter ... also a letter from Richard Palmer, dated June 10th. Bro. Richard is at liberty to marry whenever he had an opportunity, provided his former wife was not Sealed to him; if She was he will have to wait until a "Bill" can be obtained from this office; Even, if you think proper, you may marry him previous to getting a "bill" from here, provided he makes immediate application for one. Bro. Hunt had better get a Bill from the Probate Court. The Girl is not at liberty to join the church again until you Shall become really convinced that her repentance is Sincere, which I think will not be for Some time to come. As to your question, "Shall I rebaptize those who have Sinned Since they were Catachised & rebaptized," no not until they bring forth fruit meet for repentance.
