... we met with Mr Catlin the Assigner who informed us that he was at Nauvoo last week and had received satisfaction & should immediately make report. This gave us much satisfaction. There is now nothing to prevent Pres. Josephs discharge in Bankruptcy. [JS had decided to take advantage of the new Bankruptcy Act of 1841.]
