[James E. Talmage] Attended Council meetings as usual. In the Council of the First Presidency and the Twelve, Elder Joshua Reuben Clark Jr. was ordained a High Priest and set apart as Second Counselor in the First Presidency of the Church, all the brethren laying on hands and President Heber J. Grant begin voice in the ordinance.
