[Apostle Brigham Young Jr. Diary] Met Pres[ident] Woodruff & wife out in a carriage he was out to get the air. He said "yesterday I had a laps. lost myself did not know where I was or know anything or anybody. It lasted about one hour." He looks feverish today, He said to me "I am glad to see you out we want you to get well no more dying we have lost enough of our help and you must live. God bless you." I blessed him and we parted. [May 25, 1897: [["Visited Pres[ident] Woodruff who remains feeble, he did not want to ride out for a short distance even. He wanders in his mind Can't collect his senses after he wakes from sleep. He desires to go up canon— city creek— tomorrow & have a pick nick. It is likely we can get him liberty to fish in the creek tho[ugh] it is high." Same page describes the picnic, 26 May. "Pres[ident] woodruff rested upon his cot and seemed to enjoy life."]]
