[General] Attended the regular weekly meeting of the Presidentcy and Apostles at 11 a.m. For about the 4th time I got an ap[p]ropriation of $900. for the Pres[iden]tcy of the Big Horn

[Wyoming] Stake. It was voted that I go to New Mexico and ascertain the state of Pres[iden]t. Brigham Young [Jr.]'s health and assist him home if he will come. It was voted to invite him to return home. I made preparations to leave tomorrow night.
