[Wilford Woodruff]
Presidet Young was with us to day in the Temple of the Lord And I feel thankful for it. The Blessing of God Rested upon the people. <President Young gave his daughter Eudora to me in marriage and sealed us together at the altar in the temple of the Lord this day and I thank the Lord for it.>
[Angeled brackets indicate text written in code. Woodruff was 70, and Eudora Lovina (divorced) 25. They consummate their marriage the next day. Eudora later divorces Woodruff and elopes to Seattle with Judge Albert Hagan, breaking up his marriage.]
