We agreed no Old Folks Home for Church since it would mean relieving Wards and relations of their duties to support and put the old people in strange environments, and doing what we were condemning the Government for doing.'Also agreed that Welfare plan shd. not develop in Ch. dole; that to remedy this, shd. see that Bp. provided sustinance, and priesthood rehabilitation; that wards not stakes nor regions shd be the units. Caution against large enterprises.
