[Brigham Young] President Young made a few remarks to some brethren on the subject of jealousy which existed with some men in regard to their filling Offices. He observed a man might be able to fill the Office of Bishop; and be unfit for a President; Yet the Bishop might feel he was fully qualified for the position President; the same darkness in his mind which disqualified him for the Office of President; also prevented him from discerning his incapability for wisely filling that office. -- Salt Lake City
