[Apostle Heber J. Grant Diary] The brethren showed me a telegram from Washington from Franklin S. Richards stating that the Solicitor General had approved of the compromise settlement in the Government Suit against the Church for the purposes of an appeal to the Supreme Court of the United States, also stating that no attempt would be made by the Government to try and take our Temples and Meeting House [sic].
