Supplementary rations of automobile fuel for bishoprics and stake presidencies under government (O.P.A.) regulations
The citizens of the United States were under a system of fuel rationing designed to conserve energy fuel for the war effort. Ministers of the gospel could file applications with the O.P.A. (Office of Price Administration) for supplementary rations of automobile fuel.
