[Joseph Smith] Church courts are held in which two elders are tried for lack of charity and want of benevolence to the poor. Orson Hyde writes the "first genuine Mormon missionary tract," which is published in August 1836 in Toronto, Canada, under the title: "A prophetic warning to all the churches, of every sect and denomination, and to every individual into whose hands it may fall." (Brigham Young University Studies (various issues), Su '72, 510-11.)
