I dug potatoes in the forenoon & attended the School of the Prophets in the Afternoon President Yo[un]g asked me to speak upon the Character of Adam who he was I proved that Adam was Michael the Archangel, the Seventh Angel, & the Ancient of Days, the Father of all & the prince of All. I quoted the 7 Chapter of Daniel 9 to 14 vers (sp. verses) Doctrine & Covents (sp. Covenants) 79 page 28 paragraph 106 page 35 P 201 p 2d Paragraph I was followed by G Q Cannon President Yg & G.A.. Steven Christensen and Kathy Sheets are killed by homemade bombs. Mark Hofmann, the killer, is injured the next day by a third bomb but lives to avoid trial through a successful plea-bargain after an agonizing investigation exposes misrepresentations on the part of general authorities and their representatives and leaves Mormon historians charged with gullibility. ReplyDeleteTrying to establish if my ancestor Isaac Hendricks was listed on roles of the Mormon Church. I know he was reported to have been born in PA along with his wife Sarah. They migrated to Ohio, they were there in 1853 when my great grand father was born. Any help appreciated.
