Considered the claims of the church against the estate of Pres[iden]t. B[righam]. Young & decided there was due the church $886,346.37 besides what had been previously presented viz $88,000.00 V.CRR Bonds & 49,500.00 coupons'-also the Deseret Telegraph Stock. which amount theyagreed to take in property that would not materially injure the Estate. but would help the Church. Bro[thers] Snow & F[ranklin] D Richards were appointed a committee to draft deeds for Real Estate to the Church & attend to obtaining the Same. ... (other) In the evening went with Pres[iden]t Taylor & presented the action of the council for the Consideration of the executors'-
