[Wilford Woodruff]
Presidt Brigham Young gave his Son {Joseph A Young} his second anointing.
It was decided by Presidet Young that we dress & offer up the signs of the Holy Priesthood before we give the 2d Anointing & ownly Anoint one man & his wives in one day at one place.
