It is the mind & will of God that the Elders of Israel should take the Utah Central Rail Road Bonds & own the road & Pay for it so that He Could pay the debts of the Union Pacific which He owes to the Brethren. It is the will of God that C. C. Rich & Lorenzo Snow should Call for 50 Men to strengthen the Settlemets in Bear lake valley. It is the will of God that Erastus Snow should Call upon the People to Strengthen the Southern Settlemets.
