"Bro Theodore Tobiason testified that in a Fast Meeting in the Temple a few weeks ago the Lord manifested to him that Prest Heber J. Grant was the one whom he had chosen as His prophet for while he Prest Grant was speaking he appeared to disolve (Sic) from view and Prest Jos. F. Smith stood in his place showing that the mantle of the prophet had fallen upon Heber."
