I called on all who were in favor of buying the stones, irons, etc., for a grist mill on the plan proposed either by a single individual or a company, to signify it by saying, aye; all said aye. I prophesied that if the brethren would follow counsel five years would not roll away before there would not be a poor man in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
