[Apostle Anthony Ivins] Tooele. In Australia recruits were asked to take the oath. No one [had] a bible. One of our church members w[ho] had enlisted had a Book of Mormon, which was used. At 10 A.M. 10 persons present. Meeting opened at 10-20 with 70 present. At 10-35 Bro. [Charles] McBride opened the meeting with remarks. Bp. [Edward] Atkin, South Tooele Ward. Tithing. Religeon Classes held in Dist. Schools. Prest. Bevin Reported the H. P. [Report by] Bp. [John] Shields, Lakeview Ward. Primary Y.L.M.I.A. Prest. of Seventies. 2. p.m. 120 present. Bishop S. Tooele Ward. Supt. Religeon Classes. Good. Ex. Bp. Orme. Good. Anthem. Prest. [Alonzo] Stookey. Good.
