150 years ago today - Nov 15, 1864

A year later, Apostle Smith seemed to be describing the vision in a more traditional way:“When the Lord appeared to Joseph Smith…He [Joseph] thus describes the incident: ‘In the spring of 1820…I saw a pillar of light…I saw two personages…This is my beloved son, hear him.’”(“Journal of Discourses”, Vol. 11, pp.1-2)
