[President Heber J. Grant Diary] Bert Judd called and said that he believed if we wanted to do so we could make a case against Jesse B. Stone and the editor of the 'New Era' for libel, and quoted some law to us. I do not know what we will finally decide to do. They are hardly worth noticing but it makes one angry to have liars publishing statements injurious to our banks and claiming the Church is bonded when we have no bonds, and other lies too numerous to mention.
