July 7th I met with the Twelve & many officers in council at the Star Office whare much important business was transacted & council given. ... we walk to a paper storehouse whare Elders Young & Pratt had made a Contract for Paper sufficent to Print 5,000 copies of the Book of Mormon. After seeing the Paper weighed & Paid for which amounted to £107 .
