B Y[:] I would turn out half a dozen boys with lariats & they wo[ul]d. have used up [killed] all the Soldiers. I have told them once [and] for all. In Baltimore they kill their children & are mad at us for raising the children. [W]e are at war with the whole of them. [T]hey have done every thing they could to kill us.
