First Presidency and Twelve discuss resuming public reporting of church finances. Senior apostle Franklin D. Richards observes that such public accounting should be "presented before the General Conference, thereby correcting false reports and bringing the people to share in the responsibility of the Church's business." Until 1915 these annual reports to April conference do not contain specific dollar amounts.
