Orson Spencer writes from Berlin that "upon obtaining an interview, or an investigation before the President of the King's Police, he and Elder Houtz were required to leave the Kingdom of Prussia the next morning at 8 o'clock under penalty of Banishment. Upon asking permission to remain 1 or 2 days as visitors and close a little business it was denied them; not one moment was granted past the hour of eight o'clock; . . ."
