[Wilford Woodruff] The whole Appearance of Chimney Rock would indicate that the Ancient Nephites or some one els had built the mound & erected a great tower upon the top of it. And the whole formation of the Bluffs in this region of Country Appears more like the ruins of Ancient Cities than of Nature.
