Sister Emily S. Richards called and reported to President Snow her recent trip to Washington [D.C.] where she went as a delegate to the National Woman's Suffrage Convention. Sister Richards is a member of the Free Public Library Board. She represented that the library is overstocked with anti-"Mormon" literature, and not a copy of our church works on its shelves. She asked President Snow to donate to the library suitable church works, and she would do all in her power to rid the shelves of the library of the anti-"Mormon" stuff.
